Date: 2015 (Competition)

PIIP Residential Compound project was part of closed international design competition. SJCO was invited to provide urban and architectural concept design proposals as well as environmental recommendations for a mixed use compound consisting of residential apartments, retail shops, civic and recreational facilities.
