          Main responsibilities:

  • Study of clients’ briefs and programmatic requirements.

  • Creation and development of conceptual designs.
  • Preparation of clear, aesthetically attractive and logical presentation material.
  • Working with other team members in the preparation of construction documents, making sure that the team works effectively and keeps to schedule.
  • Coordination of all works with the civil and electromechanical departments.
  • Presiding site meetings and preparing technical reports, progress reports and any special studies required during the project’s life cycle.
