A residential complex located at the heart of one of the most representative neighborhoods of the late 20th century Beirut. The proposed design included the: (a) two high-rise apartment buildings acting as landmarks to the city and maximizing sellable areas, and (b) low-rise mixed-use structures integrating the building complex into the historic neighborhood at street level.
